Aaminah Haq

Aaminah Haq (Urdu: amnh Hq), also variously spelled as Aamina Haq or Amna Haq) is a Pakistani model and actress. Haq has worked as an actress and model for various magazines that include She, Libas (Visite), Women's Own and Fashion Collection and Newsline. Lux Style ki Duniya was the third season of her show, and she hosted the Aaminah Haq Chat Show for Aag TV. Haq has also been a part of several Urdu TV dramas like Chaandni Raatain or Ghulam Gardish. She also appeared in the TV drama Mehndi No matter if it's weight gain or fat loss or the way we present ourselves at the way we dress --constant criticism of our bodies is a reality of life. And, what's worseis that women are exposed to this on a more intense and a greater degree than their male counterparts, often by other women.
